Fees, Insurance, & Payments
eMOTION Center for Wellness (eCW) approaches work with client(s) as a collaborative process, and understanding the financial aspect is an important part of ensuring our services are a good fit for you.
Our fees reflect the time, energy, and expertise we dedicate to your care. Each session is tailored specifically to you, and our work often extends beyond the time we spend together. This includes planning your sessions, reviewing progress, and staying current with the latest research and interventions through ongoing professional development.
The insights, skills, and changes we work on together have the potential to create meaningful, lasting improvements in your quality of life.
Fee Structure:
- Initial 15-minute consultation: No charge
- Intake rate: $350 per hour
- Standard rate: $250 per hour
If we are in-network, then we are happy to submit claims directly to your insurance provider on your behalf. For out-of-network clients, we can provide the necessary documentation (superbill) for you to submit for potential reimbursement.
We recognize that our services represent both a financial and personal commitment. If the cost feels challenging, we offer a limited number of reduced-fee slots for clients who may need assistance.
